FarSounder in partnership with Azura Consulting has announced ‘The Whale Spotting and Safe Vessel Operations Course’ that helps mariners identify and avoid whales.
Whether you’re crew, a yacht owner or support staff, you will learn the basics of whale biology, detecting whales at sea, some of the measures in place for whale protection, the risks of vessel strikes and whale collisions, and how to help and contribute to scientific studies to learn more about these incredible mammals.
