Conscious Yogi is a wellness brand founded by Elena Esposito, a Yoga Alliance certified RYT200 Hatha Yoga teacher and former yacht crew member with a degree in Natural Sciences. After more than ten years working on board and supporting high-performing individuals in demanding environments, Elena travelled to India to reconnect, train as a yoga teacher, and align her life with responsible wellbeing values.

Additionally, Elena is the regional coordinator for the areas Ventimiglia - San Remo - Imperia for EM les Yachts du Coeur, a charitable initiative that collects goods from yachts for redistribution to people in need.
